Descriptions, availability, and pricing of our prompt packs, applications, and services may change without notice. Specific purchase terms, deliverables, and refund policies are presented at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnAiS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our services.

The Site may reference or integrate third-party services (such as scheduling, CRM, and payment providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold OwnAiS harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
